Highly Cultured

I was approached by the 2016 Dope Cup Winner Jody Dolphin to design his new luxury cannabis brand. During my research there was a point where I got tired of seeing the hippie, stoner, rasta mon BS associated with something I see so differently. Most cannabis consumers are not hippies or stoners, yet they're marketed to that way. What about high-end? What about luxury? It’s almost as though no one’s stopped to ask, what should cannabis advertising feel like?

I sought to alter people's perception of cannabis and their perception of what a cannabis consumer really looks like. Rather than hide under the comfort of what's accepted I decided to go beyond the industry standards to create a brand that doesn’t sell the experience, it flaunts it.
